Dave Newell
A productive use of cutting-edge technology and a team approach has allowed me to continue to improve the one quality that sets me apart from other Realtors—a personal touch. I have come to consider each one of my clients a friend, and I give each of my clients the same time and dedication that I would give my friends and family.
· Laptop computers, a PDA, cell phone, and an internet presence streamline the time-consuming administrative work leaving me more time and the ability to stay in touch on a minute-to-minute basis with my clients, prospective buyers for my sellers’ homes, and current inventory. I can email or fax complete information, including pictures, on any home at a moment’s notice.
· My partner, Margie, is a great asset to my team with her positive, can-do attitude and her ease and familiarity with the latest technology. She makes a point of understanding the individual needs of all of our clients so that as a team, we can go that extra mile for you.
· I work for my clients, not my commission—my priority is to make sure you are happy before, during, and even after you have bought or sold your home with me.
· Currently over 90% of my business is by referral—a gratifying indication that I truly am meeting the needs of my clients because they are referring their friends and family to me.
· I use my many years of experience as a Realtor to help make buying or selling a home a positive, successful, harmonious process for you while at the same time being sensitive to your needs and recommendations. The result is a strategy that maximizes your investment while being customized to fit your particular situation.
· This year, my sellers’ homes were on the market an average of 20 days and sold for an average of 99.7% of the list price. As a team, my sellers and I did indeed maximize their investment while making the process quick and easy.
